Each component of the synthesis Cube  has strict requirements for weight, dimensions, and other parameters. The outermost component of the synthesis block is the pyrophyllite block, which is combined with a liner. The pyrophyllite block mainly serves the purposes of pressure transmission, sealing, heat insulation, electrical insulation, and support. The pyrophyllite block is the most critical component for sealing. The pyrophyllite block is the most critical component for sealing. once there is a serious drop edge, liner tube is not well centred, density is not uniform, the size is not qualified, the quality of raw materials is poor and other phenomena, it is easy to poor sealing and  easily cause  gas burst phenomenon.

The primary functions of the conductive steel ring are to conduct electricity, transmit pressure, seal, and retain heat. If oxidation is severe, it affects conductivity, leading to unstable synthesis. If the steel cap is too high, it can affect the contact between the steel pipe and the heating sheet, causing excessive resistance and burning the stopper. If the diameter of the steel sheet is too large, it can result in poor sealing of the pyrophyllite block; if too small, it can reduce the lifespan of the heating hammer.

The main functions of the Pyrophyllite ring are sealing, pressure transmission, and insulation. If the height of the Pyrophyllite  ring is too high and the height of the dolomite ring is too low, it can easily cause the temperature at both ends of the core column to be too low, affecting the quality of diamond growth. If the height of the Pyrophyllite ring is too low, the sealing performance will decrease, affecting the safety of synthesis. 

The main functions of the dolomite ring are insulation and pressure transmission.

The main functions of the heating sheet and heating tube are to conduct electricity and generate the heat that required for synthesis. To ensure a uniform temperature field for the core column, the two need to be appropriately matched. If their weights are unstable, it leads to different synthesis resistances, causing unstable synthesis temperatures and preventing normal synthesis. If the diameter of the heating sheet is too small, it can result in poor contact between the heating sheet and the heating tube, causing unstable synthesis. If the diameter is too large, assembly becomes difficult.

The main functions of the insulating sheet and insulating tube are insulation and heat transfer, preventing the iron cup and core column from contacting the heating elements, which would cause unstable synthesis. If their density is too low, carbon infiltration can cause a loss of insulation, making the synthesis current unstable. If the height of the insulating tube is too high, it affects the contact between the heating sheet and the heating tube, causing unstable resistance during synthesis. If the height is too low, it results in poor contact with the insulating sheet, leading to a loss of insulation.

The iron cup encases the core column and primarily functions to isolate the insulating components from the core column, preventing impurities in the insulating components from entering the core column and affecting synthesis quality. Additionally, it compensates for the lack of catalyst content around the core column, improving the growth quality of the diamonds around the core column.

The core column is the core of the entire synthesis Cube and is the site where diamonds are produced. It is composed of graphite and a catalyst. Even trace amounts of impurities can significantly reduce the quality of diamond synthesis, so strict measures should be taken to prevent contamination during production.
